Apricot, Coconut & Aloe Vera
While cold-pressed fair trade apricot kernel oil and coconut oil treat the skin to nurturing care, aloe vera provides it with ample moisture. The rich body cream absorbs easily and leaves the skin feeling silky smooth. The sensual scent of orange and vanilla soothes body and mind.
The Zambia Edition
The Zambia Edition is not only good for the skin; €2 per bottle goes towards supporting the work of TWIKATANE – A House for Children and Women’s Shelters for Africa e.V. The charitable association, co-founded by i+m, helps women and children in Zambia with education and protection from domestic abuse.
i+m built the first women’s shelter in Zambia in 2014, and since then it has been run by local women. In the meantime the women’s shelter has been extended to include a school and an orphanage. Women and children not only find refuge from abuse, but also opportunities for education and new prospects for an independent life.Environmentally friendly packaging
The Zambia Edition offers three things at once: the finest vegan organic natural cosmetics, with a donation included in the purchase price, in environmentally-friendly packaging. The bottle (excluding the pump) is made from 100% recycled plastic, otherwise known as recyclate. This offers the following benefits to the environment in comparison with conventional plastic:
- conservation of resources — plastic that already exists can be circulated in the reusable material cycle instead of ending up in the world’s oceans;
- less waste — no new plastic packaging waste is created, and the old packaging is recycled;
- recycling economy — recycled plastic/recyclate can be recycled again;
- no fossil raw materials — absolutely no crude oil/petroleum used as a base material for new recyclate;
- less CO2 — reduced CO2 emissions when producing bottles from recyclate in contrast with new HDPE

The active ingredients
Apricot
Apricot kernel oil maintains the skin’s natural protective layer, revitalises and strengthens its elasticity. It nourishes the skin without leaving it feeling oily.
Our apricot kernel oil is fairly traded and sourced from Pakistan.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a natural component of many vegetable oils. Our added vitamin E is extracted from soya beans. In addition to its antioxidant and cell-protecting properties, it has a nourishing, smoothing and cell-renewing effect.
Coconut
Replenishing coconut oil balances the pH value of the skin and makes skin and hair supple. Biodegradable coconut surfactant has a mild cleansing effect.
Our coconut oil is fairly traded and comes from India.

Vorweg: der Duft ist intensiv, langanhaltend, aber auch sehr speziell – erinnert an mit Orangenlikör gefüllte Schokolade aus der Winterzeit. Wer das mag, dem kann ich diese Creme sehr empfehlen. Sie hat eine wirklich schöne, etwas reichhaltigere (aber nicht zu dicke) Konsistenz und lässt sich super verteilen. Der Duft ist leider der Grund, warum ich sie nicht mehr kaufen würde. Ich würde mich aber sehr über weitere Duftnoten dieser Lotion freuen – als Ergänzung zu eurer dünnen Berlin Lotion.

Ganz tolle Körperlotion. Neben der Freistil Sensitiv Lotion ist es auf jeden Fall meine liebste Körperpflege. Es pflegt die Haut sehr reichhaltig, aber ohne dabei fettig zu sein. Meine Haut ist am gesamten Körper wunderbar weich und die trockenen Schienbeine gehören der Vergangenheit an. Der Duft ist himmlisch und gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit eine Wohltat. Vielen Dank i+m für dieses tolle Produkt. Und nebenbei unterstützt man eure tollen Projekte. 😉

Ich bin bei Düften etwas zickig, und es gibt leider auch einige i+m Düfte, die ich überhaupt nicht mag. Aber dieser ist wunderschön, warm und sympathisch und macht gute Laune. Bitte unbedingt mehr von diesem Duft. Darüber hinaus ist auch die Pflege für mich überzeugend, nicht zu viel, nicht zu wenig. Tolle Creme!

was für ein schönes Feedback. Vielen Dank. Düfte und Aromen sind natürlich eine sehr individuelle Sache, weil man mit Düften wahnsinnig viel verknüpft. Für uns ist die samtig warme Duftkomposition mit Orange und Vanille ein Träumchen, das wir nur zu gerne um weitere tolle Kosmetikprodukte erweitern würden. Wir tüfteln bereits an einigen Produkten, so viel sei gesagt. Was und wann es den Duft dann in anderer Darreichungsform geben wird, ist aber noch nicht klar.

vielen ank für das famose Feedback. Wir lieben den Duft der Sambia Rich Body Cream ebenso sehr wie Du und ich kann es kaum abwarten, mich nach dem Baden damit einzucremen. Die reichhaltige Formulierung ist für den Winter gemacht und hüllt die Haut in einen wohlig-warmen Kokon. Kleiner Tipp für extra Feuchtigkeit: Trage die Creme auf die noch feuchte Haut auf, so wird die Feuchtigkeit eingeschlossen und die Haut noch intensiver gepflegt.
