Power duo: Retinal and plant-based stem cells
At the heart of this formula lies an innovative complex of plant stem cells and natural retinal. Together, they actively support the skin’s nightly renewal process. Altheostem™, a biotechnologically derived ingredient from the stem cells of the mallow flower, has been shown to help eliminate ageing skin cells associated with uneven texture and loss of firmness.
Retinal, a particularly well-tolerated form of vitamin A, is known for its remarkable versatility in skincare. As the direct precursor to retinoic acid, it helps stimulate natural cell renewal, can improve elasticity and supports the skin’s moisture balance. With regular use, fine lines, sun-related changes and enlarged pores may appear visibly reduced. Retinal is also recognised for its protective effect against free radicals and environmental stressors. Above all, it is considered gentler than traditional retinoids – making it especially suitable for the sensitive eye area.
