- Deo Cremes vs. Alu-Deos: Herkömmliche Deodorants mit Aluminiumsalzen/Aluminiumchlorid oder Alaun verengen und verschließen die Schweißporen. So unterdrücken sie die natürliche Schweißbildung, was dem Körper die benötigte Abkühlung verwehrt. Bei unseren Deos darf die körpereigene Klimaanlage weiterlaufen – nur die Geruchsbildung wird verhindert.
- Umstiegshilfe: Bei der Umstellung von einem herkömmlichen Deo auf ein Naturkosmetik-Deo, kann es anfangs zu vermehrter Schweißbildung kommen. Diese reguliert sich aber wieder auf ein natürliches Maß, sobald die Schweißporen sich an ihre wiedergewonnene Freiheit gewöhnt haben.
The active ingredients
Sodium bicarbonate
Baking soda is a tried and tested household remedy – also against body odour. It regulates the natural pH value of the skin when sweating by neutralising excess acids before bacteria and odours can develop.
Zinc
Zinc oxide has an anti-inflammatory, absorbent and pore-refining effect. It regenerates irritated skin and additionally protects the skin from sunburn. The plant-based zinc compound zinc diricinoleate also gently deodorises.
Coconut
Replenishing coconut oil balances the pH value of the skin and makes skin and hair supple. Biodegradable coconut surfactant has a mild cleansing effect.
