- Deep-cleansing care for pores. The Cleansing Gel gently cleanses and clarifies deep into the pores. Green clay helps reduce the appearance of blemishes, while elderflower, mallow and arnica help prevent blackheads. A clear, fresh start to any routine. | Size: 150 ml
- Refining exfoliation. The AHA/BHA Glow Refiner combines fruit acids and salicylic acid to remove dead skin cells and help prevent clogged pores. The result is a fresh, even complexion with smoother-looking skin – perfectly prepped for the skincare steps that follow. | Size: 25 ml
- Ultra-lightweight, pore-refining care. Fluid Equalize provides intensive hydration with plant-based hyaluronic acid without weighing the skin down. - How to use
Cleansing Gel: Morning and evening, use damp fingertips to massage into damp skin on the face, neck and décolleté using circular motions. With regular use, it can help improve the appearance of combination and blemish-prone skin over time.
AHA/BHA Glow Refiner: Massage a few drops into cleansed facial skin before applying facial cream, or use on its own. Preferably use in the evening. Avoid the eye and mouth area and direct contact between the pipette and the skin. Start by applying 1–2 times a week and increase the frequency as needed.
Please note:
- A slight tingling sensation and mild redness after application are normal, particularly when first using the product, and are typical skin responses to exfoliating AHA/BHA acids. Both should subside after a short time as the skin becomes accustomed to the exfoliating effect of the acids. Discontinue use if the skin reacts excessively or during pregnancy.
- For around 24 hours after use, the skin is particularly sensitive to UV radiation. During the day, make sure to protect the face from direct sun exposure. Use sunscreen with at least SPF 30. Our favourites: Sun Protect Facial Sunscreen or our Tinted Facial Sunscreen, both offering natural broad-spectrum SPF 30 and 50 protection.
Avoid mechanical exfoliation for the next few days.
Fluid Equalize: Gently massage into cleansed skin before applying facial cream, or use on its own.
Balancing Cream: Apply to the face, neck and décolleté morning and evening after cleansing and massage in gently. With regular use, it can help improve the appearance of combination and blemish-prone skin over time.
SOS Spot Treatment: Apply directly to individual blemishes as needed until spots and skin irritation have subsided. Ideally use in the evening and leave on overnight.

The active ingredients
Silver Willow
The bark extract of the white willow naturally contains BHA acid, which acts as a chemical peel on the skin. BHA (Beta-Hydroxy Acid) helps to refine pores, counteracts skin imperfections, and promotes their healing process.
Mallow
Mallow blossom extract refines the skin’s appearance by tightening pores and thus preventing and clarifying blemished skin. Mallow has a calming and soothing effect.
Clay
