Sugar surfactant

Sugar surfactants, listed under the partial designation “glucosides”, are skin-friendly cleansing substances that are produced from sugars and vegetable fats. For example, the sugar surfactant coco glucoside is obtained from a compound of natural coconut fatty acids. It has a much milder effect than conventional surfactants and is readily biodegradable.
