Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched straight after payment is received. You’ll receive a separate email notification once your parcel is on its way.
We ship with DHL GoGreen; within Germany delivery usually takes around 3–5 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. There is no minimum order value.

Orders from i+m NATURKOSMETIK BERLIN are generally dispatched via Schloss & Gut Liebenberg – insured and climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen.

Free returns within Germany

Shipping within the European Union (excluding Germany & Austria)

€11.90 flat rate for orders up to €60
Free shipping for orders over €60 (incl. VAT applicable in your country)

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping to countries outside the EU is currently not possible.
Due to customs regulations, we are unable to deliver to the Canary Islands (ES).
Since 01/01/2021, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU and we are, unfortunately, unable to deliver there until further notice.
